Our Pastor

Pastor Robert Buckner II was recently elected as Compassion Baptist Church's newest pastor, bringing a heart for community, a passion for teaching God's Word, and a deep commitment to walking alongside our congregation in every season of life. He brings over 15 years of ministry experience serving in roles ranging from youth ministry to pastoral counseling. Pastor Buckner believes that church is meant to be a place of belonging, growth, and genuine transformation, and he is passionate about preaching in a way that's both biblically grounded and practically relevant to everyday life. We're excited for this new chapter!
